About the Role 

This role is initially as a support to the current Property Manager before taking over full responsibility of the portfolio. Training and support is given and this would suit a Property Officer looking for a step-up role! You will be doing all of the leg-work for your senior PM, however the office does have a leasing consultant too. 

• Ingoing/ Outgoing/Routines
• OFI's
• Application Processing
• Arrears management 
• Tenant communication

About You 

To be considered for this role, you will have: 

• Current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Current Australian Drivers licence 
• Experience in Leasing or PM support
• High attention to detail 
• Knowledge of Console ideal but not essential
