Currently seeking a Property Manager to slot into their fantastic team, this is an opportunity to work easy hours (9am – 5pm), close to home with plenty of systems, structures and procedures implemented.
  
The Role:
With an impressive portfolio all located on the Northern Beaches, we are looking for a Property Manager to join a team with excellent support and structure. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence. Reporting to a Department Head and with a Leasing Consultant for support, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of 140 properties
• Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
• Rental arrears management
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Working towards KPI’s
• NO accounts, NO leasing

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management/Officer experience
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Own car and Drivers license
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Work well in a team environment
