Great opportunity to work with a highly regarded and leading development group for a stand out mixed use project. 

The Role
Working within a Development Managers role, the title can be flexible to fit and attract, you will be focused on a the ongoing development and delivery of a major mixed use project. 

With a pipeline of various residential focused development and a major retail/town centre project at the heart of the scheme, you will have a varied run of interesting development. Overseeing the front end and delivery pieces, this is a true end to end development role. 

The Candidate
The role is open to attract a selection of candidates but will suit a background and ability to actively mange and run a large development pipeline. 

However, candidates at either an ADM level seeking a step up or an more senior SDM who can bring depth of experience to the role is also appealing. The package and role can be adjusted to fit.

• Open on levels with salary adjustable to attract
