REQUIREMENTS - Must have at least 1 years Property Management experience and hold a current Property Management registration certificate.
Our Office is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager to work alongside a Property Manager and manage a property portfolio.
There are policies and procedures on all aspects of the job which make for an easy learning environment along with the support of fellow co-workers and a team leader, plus no trust accounting or BDM duties required.
Some tasks and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
- Organising and conducting viewings
- Application processing and new tenant sign ups
- Property maintenance coordination and management
- Assist with lease and management authority renewals
- Assist with conducting routine and in/out going inspections
- Liaising with Owners and Tenants
- Support Property Manager in their day to day tasks
- General administration duties
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- At least 1 years property management experience
- Current PM/Sales Registration Certificate
- Current Driver's Licence
- Current Police Clearance
- Knowledge of REST and Filesmart an advantage
