Nando’s Australia is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate National Leasing Coordinator to support the preparation and management of leases across a portfolio of more than 200 restaurants.

Reporting to our National Leasing Manager, the role will be responsible for providing support to the leasing team and the broader business development team. There is a great opportunity for the right candidate to grow in the role and take on greater responsibility in steering the leasing agenda across a diverse range of major and individual landlords across Australia

You will be able to problem solve and build relationships across all aspects of the organization. You will be instrumental in supporting restaurant operations. Requirements/Selection criteria:

• 2-3 years’ experience in retail leasing or commercial experience, ideally in food retail
• Proven track record in the industry as well as a successful personal profile
• Proactive, organised and strong attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, handle multiple tasks and varied personalities
• Excellent analytical skills including ability to read and interpret leases and contracts
• Superior customer service orientated abilities to meet the needs of various in-house and external business partners
• Ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Working knowledge of all State and Territory retail leasing legislation desirable
• Working knowledge of Lease eagle desirable
• Strong Microsoft Office capability
