A snapshot of the role:
As a Technical Planner, you will be responsible for the management of planned and routine maintenance requirements and the upkeep of asset registers. You will work closely with the facilities team to ensure delivery of routine maintenance activities in line with our statutory obligations and establish/ manage technical preventative maintenance schedules.
Critical to your success will be to seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational delivery standards, (liaising regularly with Risk & Compliance Manager(s), to ensure statutory obligations associated with Programmed Preventative Maintenance are appropriately managed through JLL’s compliance platform.

Tertiary qualifications are desirable but a Trade certificate will be favorably considered (e.g. HVAC, BMCS, Electrical), supported by some practical experience in the maintenance & management commercial properties. A demonstrated ability to prioritise work within tight operational & financial deadlines is vital to the success of this role, as is a positive approach to meeting clients’ needs whilst managing stakeholder expectations.
