The company
This company is a major international property developer, which is undertaking some substantial, greenfield, volume-housing developments in Melbourne.
The role
In this role, you will assist the senior development manager with the progress of one of their greenfield projects. This will include dealing with councils, obtaining permits and liaison with consultants and other stakeholders, overseeing the design management process and monitoring adherence to the construction programme.
You
Ideally, you will have a relevant tertiary qualification in engineering, construction or similar, Importantly, you will need 3-4 years of experience with a local property developer, during which time, you have been exposed to all or most of the above activities.
