An exciting Business Development Manager opportunity has arisen for an end to end provider of bespoke property solutions to the residential construction market.

Client Details

Founded more than 10 years ago and currently achieving exponential growth, my client is an end to end provider of design, construction and project management in Sydney’s Eastern suburbs. Operating in a market which is typically affluent but time poor, my client specialises in the provision of high end bespoke construction and renovation. With their end to end comprehensive service offering they remove any headache from their clientele and consistently deliver prestige projects throughout the residential market.

Description

With a combination of converting leads generated by the marketing systems in place, this position will be also focus on pro-actively sourcing new business across the residential building market in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. With my client offering an EPC package to their clientele, this role will involve assisting with the lodgment of planning applications, engaging the internal design team, presenting architectural and design plans, assigning preferred contractors and conducting handover at project completion. Some of the core aspects of the role will include:

  • Engaging with technical experts on aspects of building design and consequent provision of solutions.

  • Focusing on driving my clients ‘buy ready’ service, which offers a 7 day renovation plan to prospective buyers through their real estate agent.

  • Engaging with the internal team to stay abreast of project time-lines and provide exceptional customer service throughout.

  • Assisting on the development of the clients marketing strategy and marketing platform.

Profile

Whilst my client is open to various skills and background, experience in the real estate market is a prerequisite. The successful applicant will possess the following core competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of the residential property market in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Impeccable personal presentation

  • Creative flair and a passion for design within the construction market.

  • Track record of developing new business in the real estate sector.
