Our client is a Brisbane based subsidiary of a boutique property funds management firm. They leverage their extensive property market experience by providing their clients with select direct property investment opportunities. Having experienced steady growth over the last ten years, they are now in an exciting phase and are seeking to expand their team to support their growing operations. 

About The Opportunity

They are now looking for an Assistant Property Manager to join their company in Brisbane, QLD, with the potential to earn a Negotiable Salary | Based on Experience.

The primary purpose of this position is to assist with the management of a shopping centre portfolio on behalf of our client's funds management parent company. 

In this role, some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Lease administration and arrears management 
  • Being a tenant and contractor liaison
  • Assisting with budgeting and monthly management reports
  • Conducting rent reviews and lease expires
  • Administering property services contracts and organizing maintenance orders
  • Coordinating centre marketing 
About You 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in the property or real estate industry
  • 3+ years experience commercial or retail property management experience (desirable)
  • Excellent computer skills including MS office software
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to work with minimum supervision and be a self-starter with a can-do attitude 

This position would suit a motivated individual who has strong attention to detail and works well under pressure with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and service providers.
