The Opportunity:
We have an opportunity for an experienced Community Relationship Manager to join our team, based in our Redcliffe Office.
Working within a small team this role will see you take responsibility for the management of a diverse residential and commercial portfolio.
The role will see you take responsibility for:
- Building and maintaining relationships, providing a high level of customer service to our owners and committees;
- Arranging and attending strata meetings (you will be required to attend meetings both before and after-hours);
- Providing information, advice and solutions to your clients, ensuring you work within legislative guidelines;
- Ensuring all relevant documentation is prepared and meeting minutes are recorded accurately;
- Providing direction and support to your assigned Community Relationship Assistant.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role;
- Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships within a body corporate environment;
- Highly developed written and oral communication skills;
- Strong administrations skills with highly developed attention to detail;
- Proven management skills;
- A certificate in body corporate management would be advantageous;
- Experience with BC Max software highly regarded.
