This major player in Sydney South is seeking to add to its management team by employing a full time marketing manager.
It is a busy role working across their network of offices interacting with agents to ensure their marketing plans are put in place to create brand awareness and business through property advertising, sponsorship events, community marketing, social media and agent profile advertising.
You will be ideally from a real estate background, with experience in brand management, team leadership and liaising with stakeholders.
This is a pivotal role cutting across all offices building relationships with the agents to get “take up” on new ideas, whilst following brand guidelines together with ensuring follow through with each agent/agent team using their data base in distributing marketing material in a timely manner to create market appraisals and listing opportunities.
The main property advertising is handled off-shore where ads are posted and swot teams organised, the proofing is handled by the marketing manager. It is therefore essential that the marketing manager understands the need to build exceptional relationships with the agent and their teams through creative and fun ways to get busy agents onboard and active in their own marketing campaigns.
Templates are provided by the brand, whilst guidelines need to be met there are opportunities to be creative within the local area to promote the brand and constant awareness of its presence and strength. Sponsorship and community marketing are key areas for development in this role across a large geographic and demographic area.
This role commences in August all interviews will be held locally to our client.
