Based in Melbourne’s CBD our client is one of the largest residential, commercial and infrastructure developers in Australia!!  They are currently working on some of Victoria’s most iconic projects and seeking a Senior Project Manager to work within their commercial development team.

As a Senior Project Manager you will have had proven experience delivering large scale commercial projects north of $150 - $200 million.  We are looking for someone ideally that has experience both builder and client side as there will be a large amount of client facing and stakeholder management with this position.  This would also suit an experienced Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career.

Your responsibilities will include but not exclusive to;

• Program Management
• Strategic Risk Management
• Project Scope Definition
• Business Case Development & Feasibility Studies
• Tender Reviews and Analysis
• Stakeholder management and Client Liaison

To be considered for this position you will have;

• Tertiary Qualifications in Property, Construction, Engineering or Architecture
• A thorough understanding of the Development process with proven project delivery of large projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and high attention to detail
