Sales Broker - Retail Properties

We have an opportunity for an energetic Sales Broker to join the high performing Retail Investments team. This coming 12 months are shaping up to be busy so there is every opportunity for the successful candidate to make their mark on the retail landscape in 2018 & 2019. You will be taking over an established area, so will have leads and relationships waiting for you!

• A proven track record in commercial real estate sales or leasing, preferably with some experience in Retail

• Strong business creation skills with a sales and marketing focus

• Superior negotiation skills

• A solid understanding of buyer requirements and vendor motivations

• Possess an understanding of how to produce a submission for a new listing

• Superior organisation skills - ability to manage multiple projects and clients

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent written and oral presentation skills

• Tertiary qualifications and Sales Certificate of Registration
