The Client:
This rapidly expanding franchise group is looking for someone seeking a successful career in real estate to join their team. Based in one of the fastest growing housing pockets of Sydney, the hills and western suburbs district, along with the huge amount of training and support on offer will see this individual grow with the business from the ground up. A rewarding and entry level opportunity to join as a junior property manager.
The Role:
This role will see the junior property manager being mentored and trained by an experienced senior property manager in the fundamentals of running a portfolio of 200 properties. Tasks include:
- All general leasing duties
- Open for inspections
- Processing all tenancy application
- Tenancy reference checks
- Assisting with ingoing and routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Tenant liaising
Skills & Experience:
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Driver’s license and a car
- 12 months industry experience
- Immaculate presentation
- Great team player
- Hard worker and willingness to learn
