Having three offices across metropolitan Adelaide an opportunity exists to join an established team and benefit by using software such as Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate & Maintenance Manager
About the role
Reporting to a Senior Property Manager the successful applicant will be expected to manage their own portfolio, which will involve,
- Managing rent arrears
- Handling repairs and maintenance
- Outgoing/Ingoing and periodic inspections
- Attendance of Tribunal hearings (if required)
Skills and experience
- Current driver's licence and vehicle
- Astute communication skills and excellent presentation
- Strong computer and administration skills
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Knowledge of Property Tree or REST Professional advantageous but not essential
