The Client:
This rapidly expanding franchise group is looking for someone seeking a successful career in real estate to join their team. Based in one of the fastest growing housing pockets of Sydney, the hills and western suburbs district, along with the huge amount of training and support on offer will see this individual grow with the business from the ground up.
The Role:
Our client is looking for a junior agent to join their tight knit team, learning under one of the principal/general managers of the business. Tasks include:
- Prospecting
- Cold calling, letter box dropping, door knocking
- Once a lead is created, they are your client
- Building up a database to step you into an associate/sales agent
- Attend open for inspections and auctions
- Assist with appraisals and settlement
Skills and Experience:
- Certificate of Registration
- Real estate experience ideal
- Sales experience paramount
- Motivated and hungry attitude
- Immaculately presented
- Team player
- Understands hard work and perseverance
- Award wage + commissions
