This is a phenomenal opportunity for a highly efficient and talented Administration Assistant to support a successful Project Sales Team working with a respected real estate business located on Sydney’s prestige Lower North Shore.

This role will see you working in a high performance environment where you will be keeping up with this fast paced projects team. You will play a critical role in the business to ensure that the team is on track and on time, and every aspect of the back end administration support is delivered in a professional and timely manner. This role does NOT involve any sales or prospecting - it is purely administrative, at a high level.

The Position

You will be supporting the Project Sales Team from an administration and organisation perspective in this fast paced environment, you will be responsible for:

  • All incoming buyer enquiries
  • Oversee day to day running of the project appointments
  • Administration tasks for the team including filing, mail, responding to queries, emails and My Desktop data entry
  • Educating buyers regarding projects & investment potential
  • Facilitating communication with solicitors during the sales process
  • Liaising with the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are managed in a timely manner
  • Correspondence with buyers
  • Prepare correspondence for offers/acceptance and exchanges
  • Managing buyer anniversaries and after sales programs
  • Prepare reports, presentations & agendas for sales meetings

The Person

Previous property or sales experience a must

  • Have the ability to work at a very fast pace, juggle lots of activities simultaneously whilst keeping a cool head
  • Demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work autonomously and part of a team
  • Have exceptional administration skills, a highly developed communication style and very strong computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to create and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to under promise and over deliver, ensuring you operate with integrity, honesty and competence
  • Ability to produce high quality work with a meticulous attention to detail
  • A proactive team player
  • You will need a current driver’s license and car
  • NSW Certificate of Registration
