Growing exponentially as a result of new house & land estates, this is not your average real estate agency, and the properties you'll be managing are near-new.
The Role:
- You will work Monday to Friday
- Manage the portfolio (160 properties)
- Maintain the properties as needed
- Periodic inspections and reporting
- Undertake rent reviews and increases
- Liaising with landlords and tenants
The Candidate
- Experience in autonomously managing a portfolio (residential)
- A strong grasp of the current Legislation
- Be professionally presented and operate well within a team
- Certificate of Registration, car & driver's license
