A current vacancy exists for a Property Manager to take on the ownership of a clean portfolio, overseeing 110 properties with no trust accounting or leasing.  Depending on your experience, support is available should it be needed.  Working off Console, you will be a stickler for detail and passionate about delivering excellence in service to both landlord and tenant.
  
Once settled within your role, you will have the opportunity to increase your income through a very generous bonus and commission structure built around excellence in service and increasing the market share of the business.  This initiative has ensured this business has held an excellent staff retention record to date as well helping to create a very happy working environment.
