If you are in Real-Estate and you feel like you are spinning your wheels in your current job, earning peanuts,  because you are forced to take cuts in your commission, Due to El- Cheapo Real-Estate Company down the road who drops their pants on every deal and do it for cost. Come on…. I don’t have to tell you who they are, you know the ones, they tell every client that their price is  usually 2.5% but they  will do it for 1%, they actually drop their pants before the client has even asked for a discount.  Are you sick of that yet???
  
Working with us you will work with business clients and I don’t mean Jed and Elly May Clampett, who struck it rich by cashing in their $200,000k in super and now want to buy an investment property and still have enough left over to each buy a new car and a first class 5 year round the world trip to Europe. (Aren’t you sick of THAT ! yet??) With us you will manage your own territory, you treat it like a portfolio of clients as these guys are going to sell eventually. In addition, any lead/opportunity, warm, cold or hot that comes through to our office in your area will belong to you and you alone, these are all business to business clients. In my experience; the majority of business people value other business people if they perform well.
As a business, we are a specialist in our field and every potential client, if not in the short term, will eventually require our/your services. We do have competitors; however the majority are not specialists in the field the way we have become over the past 45 years in business. It’s the old analogy of “If your BMW breaks down, you take it to a BMW mechanic, not a guy that fixes lawn mowers. Well … unless you are cheap and or an idiot. And given that we are a specialist in our field our sales people are justified in asking for the premium commissions, we don’t need to give discounts.
  
This opportunity will seem like a god send, we realise that the businesses we deal with can take some time to make the decision to sell, this is just how it works;  so we provide a great salary of 70k plus super plus car allowance and a staggering commission structure that varies from 10% to 40%, and as many of our deals are over the million dollar mark, you do the math on your earnings, you don’t get too many people living in Orange earning well above a 100k per annum.  You can do the one thing that mum always said you could not do, “You can have your cake and eat it too”
How is this posable??  It sounds too good to be true?? If you have only ever been an order taker, then when it comes to you, then  you are probably correct, it is too good to be true for you.
If you have been in well paid positions before, then you should understand the following, so keep reading:
Here is the math, salary aside this is how the commission works:
Average sale value well over a million dollars, and this is not pie in the sky stuff, this is the price for an average sale in our space, therefore, your buyers expect to pay this amount, it’s not a surprise to anyone involved, not the seller ,not the buyer, not us, as a matter of fact, you will walk into the office and tell me that you just made a 2 million dollar sale and that’s normal stuff. The commission component however is awesome.
Let’s say you make a small valued sale where our company earns $30,000; then your commission will be anywhere from 10% to 40% of that fee for that one sale. If you only made one sale a month by 12 months then you can see how the numbers stack up, and given that we are a specialist in our field our sales people are justified in asking for a better rate and can easily justify that rate.
