Headed up by a supportive Director that has been in operation for over 30 years, this is an agency composing of a long established team with minimal staff turnover. Working in the hub of the Eastern Suburbs around stylish café’s and busy retail and lifestyle precincts, this is an opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to take the reigns of well-managed, local portfolio and align yourself with a fantastic brand.
  
The Role:
With an impressive portfolio across Sydney’s Eastern Beaches, we are looking for a Property Manager to work Monday - Friday. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence. With a Leasing Consultant for support, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of 200 properties
• Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
• Rental arrears management
• Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
• Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
• Working towards KPI’s
• NO accounts, NO leasing and NO weekends

  
The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management/Officer experience
• A current Certificate of Registration
• Own car and Drivers license
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Great presentational skills
• Be a motivated self-starter
• Work well in a team environment
