We are offering a key role for a confident & super organised individual to join our passionate team who is experienced, on a full-time basis with opportunities to progress within.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Manage a reasonable sized portfolio approx. 180
- Leasing
- Inspections
- Client and tenant liaison
- Repairs and maintenance
- Enquiry response
- Bond applications
- Arrears.
- Requesting quotes and placing work orders for maintenance
- Compliance with the regulations
- VCAT applications and attendance
- Long-term progression opportunities
- Disbursements
About you:
- Current Police check, Valid Driver's License & Reliable car
- Minimum 3-5 years Property Management Experience
- Agent's Representative Certificate
- Excellent Computer Skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio neatly and professionally
- Positive, outgoing attitude
