Responsibilities:
Day to day management of the building
Reporting and daily walk-arounds
Security key ledgers and re-issues
Liaising with and addressing resident concerns
Getting quotes for maintenance matters
Coordinating all annual checks and cleans
The Successful Applicant:
Building Management experience
