The Role
You will be provided with extensive support from the Agency to succeed in the role and have the opportunity to show your talents and grow the listings base and success. 

• Work alongside a number 1 Director within the number 1 network
• Cold & Warming colding 
• Door knocking around lead agents new listing
• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors etc.
• Supporting the full sales process
• Develop preset kits 
• Assisting with open for inspections
• General administration duties involved
• Organising material for listing presentations
• Prospecting and cold calling

You Must Have: 

• Ability to close business transactions 
• Professional work ethic with integrity
• Previous cold calling experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent personal presentation
• Car & Licence 
• Certificate of Registration
