We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team.
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for managing a portfolio throughout the Zetland, Waterloo and Little bay areas.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing periodical, in-going and outgoing inspections
- Liaising with both tenants and landlords
- Negotiate rental reviews, payments, arrears and lease renewals
- Resolve maintenance and property repairs using a brand new maintenance system - Morton Fix
We are looking for someone who:
- Is passionate about Property Management!
- Has at least 1 years of Property Management experience and has managed their own portfolio
- Is experienced with real estate software including REST, Inspection Manager and Inspect Real Estate (preferable)
- Has a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
- Has their own car and drivers liscense
- Is presentable and professional in approach
