Reporting into the GM FP&A of this expanding A-REIT, this is a highly commercial role, entrenched in the operations and with visibility across transactions and senior management decision support.

Your remit will include analytical support around acquisitions & divestments, development feasability analysis, M&A analysis, asset valuations and ownership of the 5 year forecast.

You will also play a key role in the Board reporting and other ad hoc analysis and projects as and when they arise.

You are an accomplished Analyst, ideally with property sector experience and certainly with a background in sophisticated analytics, modelling and valuations.
