This is a rare opportunity to work for the East's most prestigious offices! Currently looking for a Property Manager to take control of an immaculate and local portfolio in the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

The Position

• Management of 180 properties, with full handover from a long standing team member
• Management of repairs and maintenance requests
• Based in Burwood 
• Lease Renewals, and rent increases
• Nurture landlord and tenant relationships
• Management of rental arrears
• Ingoing and Outgoing condition reports

The Person

• Previous experience as a Property Manager
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organisation skills
• Able to communicate with all types of people
• Impeccable personal presentation
• Conflict resolution skills
• Excellent problem solving ability
