The Client:
A specialist residential development company who understand the sector thoroughly. Their extensive development experience means they have a detailed understanding of what it takes to identify and deliver a successful development in NSW. 
  
The Role:
Due to recent growth within the organisation, an Acquisitions Manager is now required to identify, assess and progress acquisition opportunities in accordance with company Acquisition Strategy. This is an integral position within the business where your key responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate Due Diligence & Manage Contract Execution
• Proactive & Regular Engagement with Agents
• Regularly Spend Time in the Field to Review & Identify Acquisition Opportunities
• Market Research
• Monitor Development Activity

You:
To be successful in this position you will ideally have:

• Previous Experience in a Similar Position with a Developer
• A Strong Development Network including Agents & Local Councils
• Demonstrated Experience in Negotiating Sites
• Knowledge & Expertise in Financial Modelling, Processes & Systems
• Tertiary Qualifications in Property or Equivalent
