ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER 

Ideal Candidate 

This role is suited to someone who has previous real estate or administration experience and wants a successful career in property management 

• Well presented and strong interpersonal skills 
• Loyal and dedicated 
• Warm and friendly and makes a great first impression 
• Team orientated and a team player 
• Willing to offer exceptional customer service both when seeing clients in the office and out greeting owners and tenants
• Must have a real estate certificate of registration 
• Valid driver's licence and reliable motor vehicle 
• Good computer skills and administration skills
