About the role

An opportunity to join and be part of the sales arm of an established and successful international property developer.

What you would be doing

You will be working in the display suite with an administrator to assist you with the administrative tasks in relation to the sales. Therefore, you can focus on converting the customers coming through the door into successful sales and commission. The key responsibilities for this role are outlined as following:

  • Liaison and provide assistance to buyers and vendors
  • Prospecting for new leads and customers
  • Sales negotiations
  • Following up with potential leads and customers daily and continue to expend your client base
  • Vendor and buyer communication
  • Assisting and supporting the marketing and advertising activities
  • Attending open homes & private inspections
  • You will be engaged in networking activities for promotion and branding purpose
  • Database management
  • You will be expected to be involved and managing in all facets of Sales
  • Closing deals and buyer follow up
  • Managing and coordinate the settlement process

Who we’re looking for

The successful candidate will have 1 to 2 years’ experience in selling off plan on behalf of either a developer or a project marketing company - specialised in townhouse and apartment products. An experienced real estate sales professional who is driven and committed to continually achieve and excel sales targets will be highly regard. Required skillsets and experiences are outlined as following:

  • Real estate background in sales
  • Current real estate certificate of registration or license is essential
  • Proven experience in achieving & exceed sales targets
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Immaculate presentation is highly regarded
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication both written and verbal
  • Passionate about property sales
  • Proactive, self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem solving and dispute resolution skills
  • Current and valid Australian Driving license is essential
