Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Trust Accountant to join their growing team. You will be part of a dynamic team and work alongside other trust accountant’s as well as administration staff. You will look after 500 properties (approx.) You will have full support of Directors. Working Monday to Friday – NO WEEKENDS – and leave the car at home!

Job description: 

• Trust Accounting for 500 Commercial properties
• Download trust account statements & balance trust account
• Landlord statements
• Creditor payments
• Commercial tax invoices e.g. Water rates, council rates, rental increases etc.
• Receipting rental payments
• Tenant & landlord reconciliations
• Preparation of Receipts & Expenditure statements
• Rental adjustments & refunds
• End of Month rollover and reports
• Accounts receivable & payable
• Administering budgets
• Cash flow analysis, arrears management 
• General accounts

  
For this role you will have:

• Experience as a Trust Accountant either in Commercial or Residential
• Experience in RP office is a must!!!
• Agent's Representative qualification (ideally)
• Outstanding communication skills
• Time management and attention to detail
• Be good with numbers
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
• Possess a "can do" attitude & be a great team player
