As leading experts in their field, they are heavily engrained in the markets in which they operate, with an extensive database of both local, domestic & international property owners, investors and tenants.

Working within a skilled team of professionals, the successful candidate will be responsible for a regional portfolio of assets, reporting directly into the Contract Manager. This is a Senior responsible for the day to day management of the outsourced regional property portfolio which supports active and passive land uses covering a variety of commercial and community purposes.

Role responsibilities:
  • developing and Implementing initiatives, work practices, management systems, and procedures and policies to better manage the outsourced property portfolio to achieve best practice property management reform;
  • managing the interests and expectations of internal and external stakeholders;
  • ensuring the delivery of premium customer services to the client, above and beyond expectations;
  • coordinating, where required, other property team personnel and external contractors in the delivery of specialist property services
  • covering core property management activities such as property finance reporting and accounting, physical property administration, occupancy agreement administration; and
  • managing Service Performance Indicator results in accordance with the service agreement
  
To be successful in this role you will possess:

  • management style which fosters and delivers clear, consistent and equitable work performance management.
