With an impressive portfolio, we are looking for a Property Manager to join our growing team. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence. Reporting to our Department Head, you will be responsible for managing your portfolio and completing the following:
- Effectively liaising with tenants & owners
- Conducting incoming, outgoing and routine inspections
- Completing repairs & maintenance management
- Arrears control
- Assisting with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals
- Working towards targets and KPI's
The Candidate:
- Previous Property Management/Officer experience (minimum 2 years)
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car and Drivers licence
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Live locally
- Great presentational skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Work well in a team environment
