Your Company

We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager for a full time permanent opportunity with a well-established Real Estate Agency located in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Our client is looking to expand their Property Management Department and are excited for a new member to join the team.

Your Role

Managing Residential portfolio of up to 180 properties
Liaise with Landlords and tenants
Outgoing Inspections
Routine Inspections
Maintenance and repairs
Rent Increases
Establish Market Rental Appraisals
Arrears follow up

Our client will push you to become the best Property Manager you can be, gaining new skills everyday.

Current Certificate of Registration
Minimum 1-2 years Experience as a Property Manager
Current Drivers Licence and Vehicle
Knowledge of REST/FILESMART
