Description
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Acquisition Manager to work on a significant pipeline of projects. You will be responsible for the end to end acquisition, conducting feasibilities and managing the process from beginning through to handover. You will have experience in negotiating and site selection. You will have current knowledge of transactions and developments currently occurring in NSW.
Profile
You will have:
- 5 year’s experience in a similar role
- Experience in end-to-end acquisitions
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating sites
