You will join a lovely close knit and supportive team as their leasing consultant and learn all there is to know about leasing and property management.

Your duties
- Advertise and market vacant and upcoming residential properties for lease
- Host open homes & private inspections
- Liaise with prospective tenants and screen applications
- Date entry into REST
- Prepare documentation of new lease agreements
- Perform a variety of admin duties
Requirements for the role
- Some Real Estate experience
- Using your initiative, your drive and your SAVVY personality to succeed in this role
- Immaculate presentation
- Strong admin skills, willingness to learn and to be super motivated!
- Must have a current Certificate of Registration
- Driver's license and car
This is a Monday to Saturday role with a day off in the week provided.
