About the Role:
  
Working as the Property Manager you will be required to manage a portfolio of 160 Plus properties located in the Elwood Area. In return you will receive the support of a Leasing Consultant and Rental Administrator.

Our Client will give flexibility in regards to working hours, perfect for picking up or dropping off the kids!
  
Saturdays are rotated 1 in 4 with Time in Lieu.  You will receive onsite parking.  This position is only available due to company expansion. Parking & mobile phone also provided. 
  
Your key responsibilities as a Senior Property Manager include:

• Managing a portfolio of just over 160 properties
• Reference checking tenants
• Handling repairs and maintenance
• Liaising with landlords and tenants

 
Skills and experience required for the role:

• A minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager
• A current certificate of registration
• Your own car and a valid drivers license
• Come with glowing work references
• Stable work history
