Your new company
Hays are proud to be working with one of Melbourne's most exciting boutique development companies. This business has established itself as a group known for their diverse portfolio including commercial, retail and luxury residential developments situated in attractive inner suburb locations. Still a relatively lean business the group are looking to add a head count to their team, given they have such an extensive pipeline moving forward.
Your new role
Your position is delivery focused, as they have a number of projects that are due to hit construction. This gives you the opportunity to gain exposer in all aspects of the development process from feasibilities and site assessment, to gaining planning permits and assembling/driving consultant teams.
Responsibilities:
- provide development management expertise from project inception to completion in partnership with executive team.
- Ensure projects are scoped, designed, built and delivered on time, budget and to required specification.
- Manage and contribute to relationships with key stakeholder groups as directed by the business including the contractors, consultants.
- Ensure project priorities are clearly established and frequently communicated with all key stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
You're understanding of residential built form must be strong. You will need some residential project experience - either townhouse or apartment product. A relevant bachelors degree is desire and your attitude must be one of collaboration as you will be joining a vibrant tight knit team.
