Company Information:

Our client is an owner operator who offer design, construction management, development and client side project management / superintendency services specifically to the hotels / hospitality sector.  They are now looking to add another Project Manager to their Consultancy / Development team.

As a Project Manager your duties and responsibilities include:

As part of the design and development team, as Project Manager you will be responsible for managing the head contractor on all new builds, fit outs and refurbishments.  You will be responsible for life cycle project management including business case development, feasibility, planning, design and delivery on major hotel projects.

To be considered for the position of Project Manager you will be expected to have:

• Proven experience in delivering hotel / hospitality projects as a Project Manager
• Tertiary Qualifications in Construction, Property, Engineering or Architecture.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of contracts and experience with contract administration ( hotels sector )
• Advanced ability to plan, manage and deliver numerous projects.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated project management skills, effective negotiation skills and decision-making abilities.
• Must be proficient in PC applications including Microsoft Word, Excel and Access, as well as e-mail and Internet searches.
