For over 50 years Wilson Parking has been recognised as the market leader in the parking industry. We take pride in the fact that the car parks under our control are maintained to the highest standards and that we deliver the highest level of efficiency to ensure that our valued customers are provided with a seamless parking experience. Due to our continuing growth and presence in the market we are looking to add a talented Business Development professional to the team in our QLD branch.
Your primary objectives will be working as part of the Business Development team and you will:
- Assist in maintaining and growing our QLD property portfolio, specifically through the acquisition of new car parking sites and the renewal of existing sites
- Develop strategic and innovative business and marketing solutions
- Conduct market trend and internal portfolio analysis
You will gain a broad understanding and experience in the commercial property market with particular focus on acquisitions, leasing and asset management.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be tertiary qualified with a relevant business degree
- Have 3-5 years business experience. Experience in the commercial property or services sector would be advantageous.
- Have well developed communication skills
- Be a hard-working, self-starter who enjoys a challenge and can juggle multiple tasks when needed.
- Be out-going and 'business savvy'
Please note this is not a sales role as there is a dedicated sales function within our business.
