We are seeking a town planner interested in expanding their career and transitioning into property development as an Assistant Development Manager for land and built form residential projects. This role will provide the successful applicant with an opportunity to work alongside the senior development team to gain the necessary experience and to grow their career within the business.
A transition into property development will break you out of the day to day routine and provide you with an exciting opportunity to develop skills across the entire spectrum of the property development lifecycle, encompassing: due diligence, acquisition, conceptualisation, approvals, construction, title registration and marketing.

About You
The successful applicant will be a qualified town planner early in their career with 2 - 5 years of statutory planning experience as a consultant, in local government or an assistant development manager who would like to work in the Redlands. Previous property development experience is not essential, and ideally we are looking for a candidate with a base level of knowledge acquired in their planning career to date, and who we can train within the role.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be a team player, pragmatic, have a solution focussed attitude, enthusiastic, and a keen interest in learning about property development.
This role will provide significant and direct involvement in all aspects of the development process. Once established in the role, you will be given autonomy to run your own projects with limited oversight, increasing is size and scale over time.
The role presents a good opportunity to progress within the business as we grow into new market segments in coming years.
