As part of this fantastic and successful agency, this role of Leasing Consultant will join a friendly and professional property management team.
Based in Hawthorn / Richmond, this great location is the home of this boutique, upmarket agency.
There are 5 within the property management department and they will provide a supportive team with plenty of guidance and training.
This role would be ideal for those with a little real estate experience and looking to move into property management or those looking to move into the industry. A current Agents Representative Certificate is essential to be considered for this role.
Your main responsibilities as the Leasing Consultant will be to conduct inspections, condition reports, references for prospective tenants, advertising and liaising with Landlords and Tenants.
As the Leasing Consultant, this position involves Saturday's to conduct inspections and when a Saturday is worked, you have the following Friday afternoon off in lieu.
