An experienced negotiator, you will professionally manage our valued clients' properties – delivering personalised service. You will be responsible for an established portfolio and day to day duties include all facets of Property Management with scope to assist in marketing. The portfolio is of excellent quality and importantly, of manageable size. With your experience and strong work ethics you will naturally work unsupervised with the backup of a good support team.
As you will be joining a team of high achieving and motivated individuals it is essential that you have a passion for Property Management, along with good time management and organisational skills. Relevant qualifications are a must; therefore an Agents Representative Certificate and current drivers license and a motor vehicle is required as well as a minimum of 1-2 years Property Manager experience. An attractive remuneration package will be tailored on a 'win-win' basis, for the successful candidate.
