We are currently recruiting a driven and talented Leasing Negotiator to join our Leasing Team that can be deemed ‘World Class’.
This role is a critical enabler to the delivery of the Network Property strategy and plays a significant role in leading lease negotiations and cost reduction initiatives across the property portfolio nationally.
Performing a range of general property functions across Commercial, Retail & Industrial portfolio, working within a multi-disciplined Property team to service the requirements of the Client.
Key responsibilities include;
- Consolidation of general market research reports
- Lease Abstraction and database management
- Critical Date reporting on Property Portfolio
- Preparation of Work in Progress Reports
- General review of lease documentation (on ad-hoc basis)
- Supporting Senior Team members on property transactions
- Managing & coordinating property portfolio activities
- Cash flow preparation for Business Case submissions
- Other tasks requested by management
To be successful, you will be able to demonstrate relevant leasing experience, or relatable tenant representative experience. You will be confident in both your stakeholder skills and ability, and will possess an ability to thrive under pressure and have high organisational skills.
A high degree of independence is required on a day-to-day basis but Analyst will be responsible to the Senior Leasing Executive for operating within specific contractual boundaries.
