About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised individual to work closely with the Managing Director. This role is varied, challenging and fast paced. But, it’s a Monday to Friday role - no weekend work! Your day to day key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Assisting the Managing Director.
- Sales trust accounting.
- Day to day administration – diary management; scheduling reminders; inbox management; organising paperwork; compiling data and reports.
- Sales management – updating performance statistics; reviewing files that they comply with a set of standards; preparation of sales training materials.
- Operations – liaising with sales staff and clients; database management.
- A range of administrative tasks relating to company operations and directors affair.
- Sales administration – preparation of listing presentations; mail-merge letters; email updates, debtor management.
- Organising social functions.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in real estate is highly desired but not essential. A background in administration is required.
- Highly organised.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Not afraid of challenges.
- Enthusiastic, energetic and keen to learn.
