About the role

We are committed to growing our team and are seeking exceptional rising stars to join us. If you have recently completed your Certificate IV and have obtained (or are in the process of obtaining) your Sales Licence then we want to hear from you. We are offering a fast track development pathway to Sales, giving broad range experience across the business as part of the pathway, which will be of supreme benefit to a sales professional. Prior experience in the Real Estate industry is not essential, but a willingness to learn and a hunger to succeed is.

About you

We're looking for standout people, with the desire and drive to succeed in Real Estate. To be successful in this role you will be Client First minded, driven to provide an unmatchable service, eager to learn and hungry to succeed (both personally and professionally).

In addition to the above mentioned personal characteristics, to be successful in this role you will have:

• Completed your Certificate IV in Property Services and attained your Sales Licence (or on track to complete/attain)
• A commitment to ongoing learning, growth and development, and be tech savvy
• Outstanding customer service skills and professional personal presentation
• A sense of urgency and an ability to quickly build rapport and effective working relationships
• Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities at once
• A mature work ethic, a commitment to others and being a team player
• Strong commitment to professionalism and understanding of and adherence to confidentiality requirements
