About the Company

This large corporate organisation is a leader in creating innovative urban renewal mixed use developments in strategic locations. With a large and highly desirable land portfolio, they ideally look to JV with external development partners.

About the Role

You will be involved in assessing new development opportunities for assigned locations. This will include undertaking higher level yield and planning risk assessment, before moving into detailed business case preparation and assessment. Finally you will be involved in engaging with external development partners, assisting in ensuring their expertise and vision is aligned with that of the organisation.

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated expertise in preparing development feasibility assessments
• Excellent knowledge of federal, state and local government planning requirements, have previously guided developments through development approval planning processes
• Tertiary qualifications in a property of development related field
• Excellent project management and risk management skills
• Ability to work in a structured and professional environment
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities
