The Company
This is an Australian owned private development group with major financial backing and an exciting long term vision. With a large land holding in a key strategic location and a well thought out master-plan, this business is now seeking a number of key hires to assist with its next stages of build. 

There is a great team ethic and feel to the company, with everyone pushing in the same direction. This is a boutique sized organisation, so team fit is highly important to them. 

The Role
Our client is seeking an ADM level candidate with a background within the market that would lend well to a Development environment - Project Management, Engineering, Development type background ideal. 

The role will be working in a small but highly skilled team, alongside external consultants, helping drive forward the realisation of this landmark scheme. 

You will be be picking up a lot of skills and processes as you go meaning the learning curve and personal development will be excellent. 

The Person
The right individual will have a proven background within the property industry and ideal have some sort of cross over into development led work.  There is a preference on someone who understands the delivery piece, whilst also having experience of the over arching DM duties that would include planning, design and financial/feasibility management. 

You will have a CV that demonstrates some degree of  multi-disciplinary and/or urban regeneration development experience and a track record of delivery of projects. Exemplary educational records absolutely essential, as is a willingness and openness to learn.

The salary will pay anywhere between $90K to 120K - in order to attract a diverse candidate pool. There will be an attractive bonus also with this role, as well as flexible working conditions.
