  • Excellent team with supportive management
  • Leading Australian not-for-profit, close to PT in inner suburbs
  • Six-month fixed contract with likelihood of extension

Manage concurrent relocation and refurbishment projects for a leading NFP organisation across the east coast.

Your new company
Our client is a leading, national not-for-profit, servicing some of the most vulnerable members of our society. With offices across Australia, the Property team require a Project Manager to coordinate and consult with local offices in sourcing, stripping out, fitting-out and make-good of multiple offices.

Your new role
You will be the client-side project manager, responsible for the end-to-end process of relocating multiple regional offices. This will involve consultation on property selection with local employees, scoping of works, fit-out coordination, relocation and make-goods of existing sites.

This is an initial six-month contract with likelihood of extension as the team goes through an internal restructure.

The Project Manager will be required to travel to regional locations on an occasional schedule and will require excellent stakeholder engagement as you relocate and assist in concurrent refurbishment projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need a background in office relocation and refurbishment Project Management. Scoping of works and experience coordinating and forecasting costings and timelines will be crucial for you to succeed in this contract.

An understanding of DDA requirements will be advantageous, however the client is willing to work with Project Managers who may not have exposure to this.

  • Property background
  • Ability to travel interstate
  • National Police Check
  • Strong background in scoping of works
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication acumen

What you'll get in return
This is a six-month fixed-term contract with chance of extension based on the Project Program. You will be joining a highly supportive culture, during a period of relocations and refurbishment across the entire portfolio.

  • $100,000-$110,000 + super pro rata
  • Monday-Friday with flexible working hours
  • Autonomous role, managing timing and costings
