The Client:

Our client is a market leading Residential property development company seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join their team. This role will see you working on a successful and highly sort after project in Brisbane's north alongside a sales assistant.
 
The Role:

• Based in the display office
• Provide a high level of customer service 
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Implement sales strategies
• Assist marketing with project launches
• Ensure a high level of presentation of the display suite
• Monitor and coordinate signing of contracts
• Maintain contacts database / CRM

Successful Candidate: 

• Experience in sales positions, especially in the residential property sector
• An eagerness and determination to drive business sales 
• Professional individual 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients 
• Proven track record of strong sales within residential projects
• Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
• Self-motivation and desire to succeed
• Ability to mentor a sales assistant
